SSEM Fonts (the “App”) is distributed only through the App Store, and your use of the App is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The following notes are added by Levelupsoft Inc. (“we”).

1. Font rights and licenses

• The App doesn’t sell fonts. Rights to the font files you import belong to each font’s copyright holder.
• Starting with version 1.1, the App includes 16 free fonts distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their rights belong to their copyright holders and that license applies; the copyright notices and full license text are in the App under Settings › Bundled Fonts › Font Licenses.
• You are responsible for making sure that importing, installing, sharing, and using a font in documents is permitted by that font’s license. Install only fonts you have the right to use.
• We never receive or store the font files you import.

2. Configuration profiles

The App installs fonts with iOS configuration profiles. You approve installing and removing profiles yourself in the iOS Settings app; we don’t manage or remotely control your device. On devices managed by an employer or school, installation may be restricted by that organization’s policy.

3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that every font file can be installed or will appear in every app, and except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we aren’t liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App (for example, disputes over font license violations), except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and will post the changes and effective date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
